Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. No refund will be issued if any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. 

Sale or clearance items, clearance samples,  jewelry, lingerie, swim wear, sunglasses, scarves, hats, belts or gift certificates.

Sale items are sample items, that have been tried on in our store. There may be slight wear as happens when clothing is tried on.

You can contact us concerning any item on sale to discuss any imperfections that may exist. As a rule these samples are in very good condition.

There is no refund or return on any sale or sample items being sold on this site.


All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Any returned items with makeup on them; will not be accepted for a refund and will be sent back to you.

Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Send your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice. Put your tracking number on the return package from your original label.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will  be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges:    We no longer have the ability to guarantee you an exchange due to products possibility of being sold out. We recommend placing a new order for any items you want and sending back return items to be processed for a refund.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise or were shipped incorrect merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. No Exceptions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
